Izzy is the founder of a tech startup.

Previously, she was Chief of Staff and Head of New Verticals at Traba, a tech-enabled labor marketplace for industrials. Prior to Traba, she worked as a Growth Equity Associate at KarpReilly and an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Power & Utilities Group. During her time at Morgan Stanley, she was also a draw specialist for the women’s professional lacrosse league (WPLL), becoming the first-ever women’s player from her college to be drafted into the professional ranks.

Izzy graduated from Yale University with a degree in Political Science. In her free time, she enjoys reading science fiction, visiting national parks, and spending time outdoors. Izzy sees WINGS as an important vehicle for motivating young women leaders in science and entrepreneurship.
