Mathilde is a Performance Analyst at Veolia North America, an environmental services company in water, energy, and waste management. She works in the water and wastewater team, strongly believing in water’s crucial role in ecological transformation. Passionate about climate and innovation, she advocates for interdisciplinary thinking and data-driven approaches to understand and solve challenges. Mathilde holds a Master’s in Climate & Society from Columbia University and a Master’s in Management Sciences from MIT and HEC Paris, with a focus in business analytics. 

Mathilde loves drawing and scuba diving. She is a PADI Rescue Diver with over 200 dives, and has a deep interest in ocean conservation. Mathilde is thrilled to be an Associate Board Member of WINGS and is excited to help grow the WINGS community to support the advancement of women in science!
